Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Techniques (often known as Tapping or EFT), can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body. EFT is taught in office only and begins with the basic tapping process. It is recommended that you come for 4 sessions in order to be taught the basic tapping process and the Personal Peace Procedure. Our goal is to teach you how to use EFT to heal yourself with confidence and effectiveness. ​

All Mental Wellbeing sessions require an initial consultation (90-minutes). We recommend 3-5 follow up sessions (60-90 minutes).

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a highly personalized form of transformation for your old behaviors. Hypnosis creates behaviors that are in alignment with what you want to achieve. Whether it be weight loss, smoking cessation, financial management, anxiety or any other habit needing reform our one on one hypnosis session offers you a 1½ hour consultation during which time you will discuss your issues, learn about hypnosis and how it works for you and discuss the recommended plan of action.

The actual hypnosis takes about 45 minutes and is recorded. You’ll be able listen to the recording for up to 21 days. This helps you reinforce what is addressed in the session. It takes 21 days to transform a habit and create a new one. Our Hypnotherapist recommends that you listen to your personal session every day for the 21 days for outstanding results.
